近所のクラフトのお店で毛糸が４０％オフだったので、

茶色いのと黄色いのを買いに行ったら、

すごく鮮やかな水色があって、ついついそっちを買ってしまった。

ロッキー山脈にあるレイクルイーズのようなブルーだなって思ったら、

毛糸の名前が何と氷河。

レイクルイーズは氷河が解けた水だもんね。ぴったり。

I went to get some yarns in brown and yellow for the season, 

but I ended up getting ones in brown and blue.

My first impression of the blue yarn was like the colour of Lake Louise of Canadian Rockies, 

and guess what?

The name of the blue yarn is "glacier."
