愉しいクリスマスをお過ごしになられましたか？
私たちは島に住んでいるお義母さんの家に集まってワイワイ過ごし、
翌日のボクシングデーに朝一のフェリーで帰宅しました。
帰宅途中、車の中から朝日が昇るのを見ていたのですが、
それがとても鮮やかで素敵でした。
１２月もそろそろ終盤ですね。

We visited my husband's mother and her husband who live on an island.
Honestly, my mother-in-law makes the best turkey dinner on earth!
We came home on Boxing Day by getting on the first ferry
and saw a beautiful sunrise on the way.
I have put away Christmas decorations already
because I'm going to be busy preparing for the new year in a few days.
